Alamar

• Register at the gate with your names and unit: Delta 4-201.
• If arriving by car, you will receive a large Guest Card — display it on your dashboard at all times. Do not lose it — a replacement costs ~$500 pesos payable to Alamar.
• A guard will turn on water and propane service as you arrive.
• Your parking stall is under the same tower, second to the left, marked "201".

• A door code will be sent to you a couple of days before arrival.
• Touch the digital lock — 2 random numbers will appear. Touch them, then enter your code to unlock.
• To lock when leaving, simply press the lock symbol on the pad.
• A physical key is also left on the dining table — carry it around or rely on the code, your choice.

Towels for the beach and pool are in a basket on the floor by the entrance door.

Bring them whenever you visit a pool area or the beach club — they are not provided by those facilities.

• You are welcome to bring your own food.
• No glass containers, glasses, or bottles allowed.
• Plastic containers and cans are perfectly fine.

20-litre water bottles are delivered Monday & Thursday directly to your door.

Cost: ~$35 pesos per bottle (confirm the current price at the gate on arrival). Simply leave the empty bottle outside your door with the money tucked underneath — it will be swapped during the day.

Reminder: do not drink tap water.

Please separate your garbage. The condo has 2 bins. When full, bring the bags to the 2 bins in the parking lot:

• Bin 1: Plastic & glass bottles
• Bin 2: Everything else

Electricity in Mexico is expensive — please use A/C thoughtfully.

• Mid-November to mid-April: open the windows — natural breeze is usually more than enough.
• When using A/C, keep all windows and room doors closed for efficiency.
• 3 units available: one per bedroom, one for the living/dining/kitchen area.
• Turn off all units when leaving the apartment.
• Ceiling fans in each room are a great, energy-saving alternative to A/C.

• Controls are in Spanish but are very easy to operate.
• Do not open the washer while the red light is on — the auto-lock is active. Wait for the cycle to finish; the light turns off after about 5 minutes.
• Do not overload — spread clothes evenly around the drum to avoid imbalance errors.
• Dryer is straightforward. Empty the lint mesh after every use.
